	To search for the most recent documents posted in Documents Online by subject, select a topic from the dropdown list:


	All official WTO languages (English, French and Spanish) are selected by default: If you wish, you may restrict your selection to one or more languages by checking or unchecking the appropriate language box(es):


	To download the most recent documents posted in Documents Online, once you have chosen a time-frame and/or topic click on . A compressed file (.exe file format) will be generated automatically and you will be prompted to save the file to your computer.


	If you want to view recent documents on screen first in order to select individual items for downloading, first choose a time frame and then click on . Please note: each day's posting of new documents appears with the indicator in the document description; this indicator remains visible for 24 hours only and is then removed. All downloads include an index which contains basic descriptive information about each document included in the compressed file. This index also contains hyperlinks to the documents downloaded. In order to activate the hyperlinks in the index list, you must first extract all documents included in the download.
